This location must be run by kids. It’s filthy. The drink station had fruit flies buzzing around and the floors were terrible.

Literally just left this location. Ordered 2 mcdoubles at the drive through. When we pulled to the second window they gave us a mcdouble and a mcchicken. We corrected them politely and waited for our corrected order. A minute or 2 later the worker at the window opened the window and gave us our bag without a single word. Inside was a mcdouble and a sausage mc biscuit. AREYOUKIDDING. Had to go inside and get dirty looks and attitude to get one mcdouble. Thanks. McDonald’s for the prompt and friendly service. Hahaha.

Consistently one of the worst McDonalds around. It’s an exception if they can get your order right, the staff behind the counter is always running in crisis mode, the wait time is interminable. This time around, I waited 10 minutes for my «fast» food and listened to the management berate staff and act with little to no patience. The result is a staff that is frustrated and treats customers with little regard. Corporate needs to replace this franchisee with one who cares about running a decent operation.

This has been my local McDonald’s for many years. Several times in the past, they have screwed up my orders. There’s nothing like ordering a Big Mac, and finding a McChicken sandwich in your bag when you get home. Lately, they’re doing a better job, but could stand some improvement. The other day, I was amazed that I had to wait 15 minutes for my lunch. Apparently, they had ran out of some ingredients to make a Big Mac, and I had to settle for a Filet-O-Fish sandwich. The manager apologized and said they were expecting a delivery at any moment. Seems to me that someone dropped the ball. Worse yet, the tarter sauce on my Filet-O-Fish, didn’t taste that good either, as it was way too strong.

Great service. small play place. could be better with space. I think after the update place looks more smaller. Can’t fit more than 30 people. it’s mainly a drive thru. managers are really accommodating, but service is slow at cleaning and cashing.

It’s an alright mcdonalds, we got a new person behind the counter i think, once she got the order right it was fine, the breakfast burrito was kinda sub-par the shell was half hard but the rest was fine.

Well folks; I can’t make this @&$# up. This is by far the worst McDonald’s I have been to in quite a long time. Which is saying a lot– because McD’s doesn’t exactly have a great reputation on food quality, service, or any grand dining expectation to begin with. Here is the background though: this McD’s happens to be close to my son’s daycare. So naturally — if I decide on a quick meal for the kids(which they being kids — love happy meals) — why drive out of my way? — when this one is within a couple blocks of where I pick him up. Of all things I expect from McD’s(dirty, poor service, mashed burger, etc.) I don’t recall expecting to get ripped off on a routine basis. Which this one — quite literally — tries to do. But — to pile on — let me start by citing an instance of what might be «poor service» when one of the initial times I visit I asked for a simply iced tea. Clear as day. No funny business. I didn’t speak in tongues or a foreign language. When I was pulling away from the drive through and go to take my first sip — I have orange pop. Not a huge deal — because I actually don’t mind orange pop. But, it wasn’t exactly going to be the«thirst quencher» I was looking for at the time. No matter — I figured it was an accident and went on my way. Flash forward to my next visit — I happen to be picking up the kids some happy meals on the way home from a long day at work. Just 2 boys happy meals and a fry for myself — I’m out. I get the 2 boxes for the boys and bag for myself. I figure their apples juices are in the bag. Didn’t dawn on me to look. I get home — no apple juices — the kids are uptight — and I’m not in a good mood now because I got screwed by McD’s and have disappointed kids. Just for good measure — because they always solicit you — I figured I would fill out there little questionnaire on «how are we doing». I wasn’t inappropriate; just pointed out what a pain in the ass they caused me and I felt ripped off(do you blame me?). It’s my opinion they would want to know and possibly bring it up with staff. No response. Not even a «hey — here is a free apple pie for your trouble.» Well they must know me and kids — because I couldn’t possibly say«I will never be back» since I knew I would be caught in that lie later on — the first time I role past and my little one says in his little voice«da da — happy meal». So I go back to this despicable place one more time a few weeks later. Same scenario. Couple of happy meals and a few items for myself. This time I’m on them — sure enough — I open the bag and my six piece nugget is missing. I stop — pull over — run in and call them out on it. At this point — I figure one recourse is to get on here and see if I can’t do some serious PR damage. Maybe get a large contingent to boycott this place. I definitely will go out of my way to avoid this particular McD’s now — and hopefully you will too. Apparently taking a simple order is just too hard for these(future) $ 15 and hour workers — fast food for fast times — I think I will just go with an empty stomach. At least that way I know I’m not getting ripped off.

Something has changed for the worse at this McDonald’s location. One year ago this location was a true exemplar of efficiency and professionalism. Not any longer. Now, the employees are rude and unhappy, and the drive thru orders are consistently incorrect. And no one seems to care. Someone needs to wake up and give this location the attention it deserves.

Great for kids —- PLAYPLACE! Big enough for parents to play too if you want! Food is typical McDonald’s fare and no different from place to place. The service is above average and you are well attended to… A great place(Although loud) for kids to play while parents relax(or play)!!

The service and food here seems to be just fine. However always check your order before you leave as I have had more orders wrong than right at this location. Not sure how they manage to screw up so many of my orders, but I have gotten a ton of free food because before I learned to check my order before I leave the restaurant I used to call and complain!

I avoid this Mickey D’s at all costs! How can they screw up so much, from Filet-O-Fish, to breakfast, to basic coffee, everything tastes horrible! Aren’t there some basic standards they have to adhere to? Like making food that tastes good? Go across the street to Tim Horton’s or Burger King instead!

I find this Mcdonald’s consistently provides better than average Window & inside service. The drive up window service is significantly better than what people get from nearby Michigan Avenue Wendy’s, Burger King across the road and either Burger King or McDonald’s a few miles West on Michigan Avenue. Whereas the Ypsilanti East Michigan Avenue, McDonald’s & Burger King run a clown show window service, this Canton McDonald’s usually employs some mature adults for window and inside service. In this horrible local job market, you would think management of the Michigan Avenue burger clown shows could get better employees than they employ. Apparently, the Michigan — Canton Center store alone among Ypsilanti-Canton Michigan Avenue fast food eateries has on the ball management!
