When you join MPF, you will join a team of indivduals who work twords their own goals through fitness training and nutrition. We treat each member as an individual, rather than just another person at a gym. We sweat, work hard, and laugh together, and we support each other in reaching our goals regardless of fitness level. Our unique facility offers a variety of options to kick your workouts into high gear. Our fitness programs include personal training, group classes, such as our B.E.A.S.T. boot camp, TRX, powerlifting, and mixed martial arts (MMA). We have a dedicated striking and grappling area, over 500 sq. ft. of turf, climbing ropes, strength and functional training equipment, and more! With our nutrition program, you can supplement your workouts with guidance from our trained nutritionist for real results. And don’t forget the kids — our youth fitness and MMA programs keep the kids fit and active while having fun. Whatever your fitness level, we have something for you.
