Mom recently got her hearing aids here. I went with her today for her appointment and am totally impressed with the customer service she has received. EVERY person I encountered here was caring, compassionate and truly wanting mom to hear as well as possible. They were eager to get feedback about how her hearing is changing as she gets used to the hearing aids. And they have a total understanding about how technology is changing the experience for their patients. Please go in and meet these wonderful folks prior to getting hearing aids for you or your loved ones. You will be so glad you did!
