BRIDE’S WORST NIGHTMARE. Extremely disappointed with my bouquet. The stems were done so incorrectly that the shape of the entire bouquet looked stupid. If for some reason (which i doubt) they could not do the stems as instructed, they should have told me and we would have changed the shield shape of my bouquet. They had plenty of pictures of how I wanted/​needed the stems to be and they completely and totally dropped the ball. Probably because they are not organized and did not take correct notes. Now I hate how what was supposed to be my perfect bouquet looked in pictures. Every time i see a photo of it I get pissed off. The only regret from my wedding was hiring you, hands down.
UPDATE: They said its my fault? Because i held it wrong!!! They claim to give every bride instructions on bouquet-​holding. I received no such instruction not to mention it doesnt matter because they charged me out the a** for a bouquet they couldnt even produce. If they did the stems right, it’d look right. Follow instructions. Learn how to run a business.
