Well there is nothing like bumming out a 4 year old girl on her birthday and her 5 year older sister.
So let me tell you about my dealings with Paul.
First I called him 5 weeks in advance for the party and moved it from a Saturday to Sunday to accompany his schedule (not ours but the paying customer). This was on a Thursday and He said He would commit to a time over the weekend and get back to me.
Well He didn’t
So I called him that following Wednesday giving him a couple of Days to figure it out… I called him and LVM for him. No call back… Called a couple of days later. No call back. Emailed him that weekend, No response.
Now over a week has gone by.
I call him that Monday LVM again no call back and its 4 weeks to my daughters party. Nothing.
Email again the following day… No response.
Call him back for what I was planning for the last time that following Thursday for him to say… Sorry I can’t do it…
WOW how professional
Needless to say I would not recommend him and his service to anyone.
These guys came through.
