Let me first say that our family loves Residence Inn. It is always our first choice when we travel, until now. It was very mild weather for the summer and our air conditioning did not work for the first three days. It was approx 63 degrees outside at night and we could not get it lower than 78 in the room. The night supervisor kindly let me know that the«windows do open», which gave us some relief. However, when I’m paying $ 169+ a night for a room, I don’t think I should have to open the windows to cool off. Our second main complaint was that we stayed for a total of six(6!) days and our room was cleaned once(1!). The front desk employee was very quick to apologize and allow us to come down and get our own clean towels.(gee, thanks) Overall very disappointing. I left the manager, Robin(I believe), a message but she is apparently too busy to discuss this matter with me.

Our 3-night stay was excellent. The service was always top notch. Very attentive and accommodated all of our needs. The two bedroom suite we had was clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable. My adult daughter used the fold out couch and said it was comfortable too. We used the pool which was well maintained and had fresh clean towels. The grandkids and all the adults enjoyed their pool time. Outdoor grills and s wonderful patio were also appreciated. They even had a basketball half court and a huge grassy area. The breakfast served each morning was fine. We ate most of our meals cooked in the suite’s full kitchen. Which was well supplied with all the necessary tools and dish ware. And so glad to have the use of the dishwasher. We’ll be back again in the fall!

Very nice and friendly, helpful people. Looked like they sure enjoy their jobs. Clean and well decorated rooms. Great beds! I don’t know why they got bad reviews here at this hotel, I would definitely go back anytime I am in the area. You won’t be disappointed. The only thing I dislike about the residence inn and towneplace suites are the awful cookware!

The best thing about this hotel is that the entire staff is very helpful and friendly. The facility is starting to get a little worn out. Our first room had a broken air conditioner. The second room had a thermostat that kept the temperature within a six degree range, which was noticeably either hot or cold. Otherwise it’s nice to have the extra room and the kitchen with full refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, cooktop, and dishes. Breakfast is pretty good if you aren’t picky. They have runny scrambled eggs and greasy breakfast meats. It’s nice to have fresh waffles, oatmeal, and a nice yogurt selection. The coffee has a horrible flavor. Housekeeping was good and the room was always clean.

We love Residence Inn too, but not this one! The front desk and food service staff is warm and accommodating. The general manager, Jennifer Lewis, is the exact opposite of the parent company mantra«Prepare to be Impressed». As a result of the cleaning staff’s habit of using the sliding security lock to hold open doors during cleaning service, we returned late one night to find we were locked out. Sadly, the only tools the front desk staff had available to them was a flat tipped screwdriver, a file and an Allan wrench. After about 45 minutes, my husband was able to gain entry into our room. This happened three days prior to our checkout. One would think that the general manager would have, at the very least, picked up the phone, or wrote a short note acknowledging our inconvenience. Nothing. Shameful and no way to run a business. Perhaps when they remodel, they might consider placing a new general manager.

Great new rooms. I travel a lot and this was a much nicer room than I thought it would be. The rooms are nice and clean and the staff was great.

We love Residence Inn’s! When you travel with kids the extra room is a must. Their breakfast is good. Coffee bad. Service good. This property is in bad need of renovation. I’m sure that in a year or two Marriott will do the renovations that all of their other properties have undergone.
