Security Pest Control provides professional and courteous service specializing in residential and commercial pest control for pests such as stinging insects like bees, yellow jackets, wasps, hornets, carpenter bees, ground nesting bees, and biting insects such as bed bugs, spiders, centipedes, millipedes and other pesky insects like earwigs, lady bugs, japanese beetles, silverfish, roaches and the like. We also provide service for rats and mice as well as live trapping small animals as raccoons, opossums, skunks and squirrels when they venture into unwanted territory.

Security Pest Control is a small family owned business based in Canton, Michigan. with over 32 years of combined pest control experience. Clayton Lattimore and his wife, Julie, started this company to provide a professional and courteous pest control service offering a higher standard of customer service with over 25 years of experience in the industry. Their son, Joshua, is also fully certified by the Michigan Department of Agriculture and has been trained to fully meet our customers pest control needs.

Clayton started out in pest control working for some of the big names in the pest control industry in the early 1990’s. He originally was hired by a well known competitor for his people skills in order to retain a route of commercial customers that were unhappy with their service provider. Clayton noticed what customers were looking for in a pest control professional: accountability, trustworthiness and a sincere interest in helping the customer get rid of unwanted pest problems. Clayton knew that by building strong customer relationships, he would not only build a database of customers, but would build a relationship with loyal customers. Focusing on quality, not quantity, Clayton has tirelessly made a name for himself as a dedicated ‘bug man’ his customers love.
