I have experienced a few DMV locations in California and Texas… This is the worst example of a DMV there is. The ladies who work there do not show up on time, take breaks where they will shut down the whole DMV so they can have a nice 2 – 3 hour lunch or handle their own business while getting paid. A great example is like today 06/​08/​2015 when arriving two gentlemen let me know the lady informed them she would not be back until 2:30pm… It was 12:40pm they were informed this a little after 12:00pm where the «manager» shut down the DMV for whatever reason.
That and the fact they are as rude of people I’ve ever met, ever. There’s been a few complaints but like all government institutions nothing will change.
Do yourself a favor go ANYWHERE ELSE!!!

The worst DMV! Don’t bother. We used to love this place but everytime we have gone for a drivers license with a new driver the rules change. There are some control freak women who love their control and smile at you while they dish it out. We listen to the DMV recordings on the phone, take what they say and these ladies with a smile tell you to shove it, they have added something else. This time * #5) after taking my daughter out of school an hour early to get her to a 3:40 appt. the lady says we are late 3:42 and that we didn’t allow processing time! We were told to be there at 3:40 nothing for «processing time». Why could they have not said that the last time when the appointment was made? Don’t bother! Go somewhere else. This office should be closed.
