Horriable service, went on my lunch break at work. Waited 25 minutes while the girl at the front counter took her good old time waiting on a customer to fill out paper work. Never acknowledged me or stated it would be just a moment. Ended up saying forget it and leaving, i couldn’t stay any longer would have been later to work!

very nice and helpful staff, but this place has really gone down hill on the maintenance. I have had 10 visits in a level 3 and had virtually no color. Decided to try their Green location instead and got the hell burnt out of me in their level 3. I don’t know if this location has even changed a bulb in years…

I was sucked in by the sign, «New bulbs in our Level 4 beds.» So I decided to do a Level 4 session. It’s a 12-​minute bed with 160 watt bulbs. Translation: Should be strong enough to produce color, if not instant color definitely delayed color on skin like mine that already has a lot of color. WRONG. I spent $ 20 on a single session and didn’t get any color. Waste of money. Such a shame, too, because it’s the nicest tanning place I’ve found in Canton. And by the way they’ve moved. They’re no longer on Dressler – they’re on Whipple right next to Kinko’s and Ohio Tux.

I love any tanning salon that’s willing to talk down a bride and maid of honor on the wedding not to Mystic Tan. My best friend, the bride and I went there during the early morning hours of her wedding day. Both of us needed some fake sun to amp up our dresses. The wonderful staff talked us out of Mystic Tan and guided us through what beds would work to make the bridal party look less pasty and pale. TNT’s staff is awesome and made the wedding day tanning quick and easy. The facilities are great and clean. It’s a great tanning facility with a nice staff.
