Well, our elevator is somewhat installed. There have been a lot of «we’ll be back on this day» and no one shows. Too many times my husband has taken time away from work to meet with the installer and they never showed up. Our builder has called the company and was told the owner was in the hospital. I am sorry to hear that but your business should not stop because someone is in the hospital. Myself, my husband and our builder are still not at all satisfied.
