Big Mouth Pizza Co

Sandwiches are great! I order the meatball sandwich, comes with potato wedges. Great staff. Just call in my order and pick it up.

Stopped by today for the first time with my wife & son. Big Mouth Pizza offers pizza by the slice Monday through Friday between 11:00am & 2:00pm. We both tried the pepperoni pizza & it was really good. I look forward to having more Big Mouth Pizza in the future.

This was the 2^nd time I’ve had their takeout pizza. It’s not that good… at minimum they’re on par with the $ 5 Little Caesar’s pizza. Thought maybe the 1^st time was a fluke and got a bad pizza, so we thought we’d give it a 2^nd chance. We were wrong.
Called to order 2 pizzas for delivery on a Sunday afternoon. Person on phone said deliveries didn’t start til 5p. That’s ok… we’ll PU. Asked how soon it would be ready and he said 20 minutes. Arrived at store after 20 minutes. He rung me up and I paid for the pizza and left a tip (all on debit card), then waited for him to give me the pizzas. It hadn’t even been started yet. I’d already paid and ordering from somewhere else would take the same time or longer, so I waited. While waiting, another customer came in to pick up his pizza. Same thing… hadn’t been started yet after calling it in and waiting the 20 minutes. 50 minutes after my initial call, the pizzas were done. He gave them to me but said one of them was burnt and would I like another? Duh Doy! Wait another 20 minutes to get the new pizza. He apologizes and I leave. Again, the pizzas were not that good.
Decided to contact the company and tell them of my experience. Went to their contact page and left my comments. It’s been 3 weeks now and I still haven’t heard anything back. I guess their customer service is like their pizzas… bad.

I went here the other day with my husband at lunch time. I wanted to get the lunch special, $ 5 for 2 slice and a soda, but they didn’t have enough out. So, instead, they made us our own personal pizza! Great price, great pizza, we will be going back!

Eaten there pizza 3 different times. The pizza was mostly doe. I was not happy with this company. I will not go back again.

Let me start by saying that this place was completely empty.
Clean tables and shakers.
Nice big TVs.
Nice looking place.
One man sitting at a table with his youngest son.
We thought they were waiting for someone to get off of work.
Was I wrong.
We placed this order for the 20″ pizza with pepperoni, sausage, mushroom and onion at 5:45 PM.
6:15 comes around and the man with the son, gets his pizza and bag of food.
6:18 rolls around.
It took 33 minutes to get our pizza.
Overall.
It was great, up to the crust…
A little doughy. Maybe a little too thick and wasn’t cooked all the way through.
It was good but definitely not with the 41 bucks with 4 drinks.
In my opinion.
Don’t eat here if you’re in a rush and if you want fresh food and cooked properly?
You could create this better at home from the frozen food section.

I’ve been here twice and both times weren’t good. I was so excited that Big Mouth was opening up across the street from me. But it just isn’t as good as the other locations. Both times the food items weren’t prepared correctly. Today, the pizza crust was uneven and soggy. That’s due to the person making it. I think if their employees were better trained, this problem would be resolved. Until then, I won’t be back.

Their pizza is GREAT!!! Hot and Fresh… And the price for their lunch special is only… $ 5 bucks great buy!
Can’t wait to try their big salads and subs… Will def be coming back. Love that they opened this location in Canyon Country
