Cristina is the best I loved the way she fixed my hair the owner is an amazing person and I love the way she handled my complain .if you go make sure Cristina cuts your hair !!!

On my first visit at Great Clips in Cyn Cty I was a bit nervous because I have very curly hair and the female stylists ALWAYS cut it too short, so I end up looking like Bozo the Clown. I informed the stylist, Lisa, that I had used a tool to straighten my hair, and I asked her not to cut it too short or in lots of layers. She washed my hair and then combed it out and looked it over before beginning, and she could tell me what the last stylist did wrong, which made me feel better. She did an excellent job on my hair and I got compliments from complete strangers! I haven’t been back to get a haircut since July 2015, so I called today and found out Lisa is no longer with the company. I asked about having someone familiar with curly hair, because Lisa also had curly hair so that was a plus, perform my cut and Missy told me that the stylists all have their own techniques and it shouldn’t be a problem. Lisa had also given me advice on hair care products that have made a huge difference, and I wish that I could get in touch with her, so if you happen to read this review Lisa, or you know where she has gone to now, please LET ME KNOW TOO!
I ended up going in again and this time my cut was not done very well. She didn’t wash my hair even — instead she cut it dry! I have never had my hair cut dry before, which made me feel like she was trying to follow the cut that had been done prior? Anyway, I ended up very dissatisfied and with lots of split ends! She had me in and out in less than 20 minutes and I found areas where the hair was not even cut… I am changing my 4 stars to 3 stars because of this and I will go to a different stylist on my next visit.

I recommend this great clips. First, you can’t beat the price when they have there $ 7.99 haircut specials. Secondly, Cristina one of the stylist was amazing when I took my 2−½ year old son. She was great in getting my son comfortable with the electric clippers and went above and beyond in making it a nice experience for my little guy. Very pleased. Thank you for the great service!

Ok haircut. and beware KIDS haircuts are 10 and under… so my 11 year old is an considered an adult??? Wont be going back

Popped in without an appointment on a Friday afternoon. Busy day but a few people were working so I checked in based on twenty minute wait. Suddenly it was a ghost town in the cutting area and only Lisa was working and the wait time expanded. Yikes, I had limited time. People were pouring in the door and I was about to bail at the thirty minute mark. Lisa finished her client and quickly called on me. Even though she was alone and there were a bunch of people waiting she was friendly, professional, and made quick and precise work of my haircut. I was out of there on time to make my appointment with a great cut. Thanks Lisa!!!

I was happy to see a Great Clips in Santa Clarita. Their $ 10 haircut coupons are awesome and I have had several different stylists cut my hair and all have done a good job. I also liked the pre-​loaded $ 10 haircut card — its a great deal!

Went on a recommendation of a friend –a new place is always a little scary — love the fact you can just walk in — very efficient — greeted me immediately and had me fill out info sheet while I waited. They enter your name in the computer and it shows on a screen who is next — which I like — you don’t have to worry someone might get called ahead of you. Very clean salon — Christine cut my hair — really understood thin, fine hair and did something no one else ever has before — I can’t remember what she called it but it makes it look fuller and not all one length — I love it. Definitely recommend.

I took my 9 and 5 year old boys here for haircuts. The hairdressers Matthew and Lisa were so great and patient my kids. This was the best experience the boys have had in this valley having their haircut. We will definitely go back in the future.

I didn’t get her name since she didn’t introduce herself but the older lady with many tattoos cut my hair on Sun. After getting mad at me because there were different notes in the computer. I wanted to make a call to clarify which haircut would be correct, trying to make her job easier. She told me that if I didn’t like it that was too bad, come back and have the manager do it. Needless to say my haircut looks awful and is completely uneven. I would never recommend this location-​very unprofessional and inexperienced.

Matthew cuts my hair beautifully. I am so happy with my haircut. He is very talented and professional.

I received a coupon for a 6.99(let’s just say 7.00) haircut so I thought I’d mosey on over for a trim. While I’ll pay my regular hairdresser 100.00 for highlights, I don’t like paying 75.00 for a haircut since I only get a teeny bit taken off the ends.
Do yourself a favor, wash your hair before you go in. Then, you wont have to pay 4.00 for a shampoo and your hair will be fresh and clean. I washed my hair, sprayed it with Its a 10(my HG hair product) and walked in. Arely cut my hair. I have to admit, I was a bit taken aback by her hair (green and blue bangs), but she did a nice job on my trim. She did exactly what I said, taken off the exact amount I wanted. She didn’t try to push any product on me either.
There aren’t too many great deals to be had anymore, but this was one of them.

I love this location. Everyone is so nice! Ruben does an amazing job with my hair. I suggest everyone get over there. I’m glad they are here! Thanks Great Clips Team!!!
