U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer

My husband walked in to rent a u-​haul and absolutely no one wanted to help. Acted as if he was a problem and completely ignored him upon entering for several minutes while 2 people stared. #Racism and Profiling is very 50s. Please advance!!! Yuck

Went to rent a pick-​up yesterday for a local move. This is located inside Mike’s Tires and when I asked where was the U-​Haul person everyone just said wait and they will be there… like no one worked there full time.
Waited 15 minutes and finally a woman shows up in a huff and says sorry. Asks me if I had reservation… said yes…15 minutes ago. Got the pick-​up for me and she did take the time to wipe out a melted crayon in the back of the bed.
Had the truck for an hour… waited to check back in because again no one was there, when I got back the guy who checked me back in tried to overcharge me. Told him no way and asked what the charges were for, said he didn’t know and he would adjust them…(thank you from not stealing directly from me).
Stay away, I see the other U-​Haul on Sierra got bad reviews, but not for rentals. Go there it is not that far away.
