History

Established in 2012.

My name is Kenneth J, Pazanski, I am 3^rd generation in the heating and cooling industry. My grandfather Stanley Pazanski started his heating and plumbing company in Lennox PA back in 1966. From there he came to FL in the off seasons to practice heating and air conditioning with my uncle Emit Flint, where he started his heating and cooling company in Bradenton FL in the mid 70’s. Sadly, both my grandfather and uncle have passed, leaving my brother, myself and cousin with the same quality and workmanship as those before us. My very close friend and former owner of Friendly’s Air Inc, is a 30 year veteran in the industry. In 2010 when he had decided to sell his company and retire, I was heart broken. After carefully discussing it for almost a year, I was able to talk my friend out of retirerment and back on the saddle. In 2012, Gerald M Souders and myself Kenneth John Pazanski have decided to team up and start A/​C Depot Heating & Cooling Inc.
