I wouldn’t bring my kids here (if I had any). They have a very loud live band every night for 4 hours! I’ve never heard of a hotel doing that, it’s so ridiculous. People go to hotels to relax and sleep not listen to live music. The beds were extremely «springy» and bouncy. Besides those two things it was an okay stay. The room seemed pretty clean and we had no issues. Just be warned about the loud band. I would stay here again.

Loved dolphin key resort. It is close to good restaurants. (soaked cork, two amigos, and monkey bar were great!). The free breakfast is good. Pool was so nice and the tiki bar is a blast! I would ask for a room that faces the courtyard. It can get a little loud at night but I like hearing the live music.

Small but very clean, the only problem i had was that the shower head did not work. We had a problem that we didnt want to stay there because it did not look so confortable but they showed us a room and we liked it. The breakfast needs improving there was just eggs and bagels. But after all very nice and clean

This was a great spot! We spent two nights here in town for a sporting event for our child. The rooms were clean and well appointed with a fridge too. The grounds are beautiful and the pool was fantastic. The Tiki Bar had free breakfast and live music each night. Was a great spot. The ONLY complaint if any would be the early checkout time of 10AM but we were able to buy 1pm for $ 20. Worked out great for us but in busy season I can see that might be an issue.
We would definitely stay again!

great hotel very clean, staff beyond helpful very friendly. Free breakfast. New owner very friendly she choose a quality staff. We had relatives stay 13 days and they will be back. Entertainment most evenings great bar /​pool area. Ernie employee there checked on guest everyday anything you need to make stay special… walk to downtown cape.

We stayed three days and were pleased to find our room made up and cleaned each day. Our grandson had a blast in the swimming pool. The breakfast buffet had good bagels, orange juice, sliced ham luncheon meat, some Danishes. Our last day they put out boxes of cereal and yogurt. That gave a few more options. Cleanliness means a lot, so I would stay here again!
We booked several months in advance and paid a very reasonable rate. It was located in a convenient area with easy access to some great restaurants and plenty to do.

This place is a gem! The rooms are clean clean clean with modern amenities (a sofa and refrigerator in the room? Bonus). The shower heads are EPIC. The pool is pretty much open 24⁄7 (shhhhh…keep it on the low), and the Tiki Bar on the other side of the pool is open late, and it’s a great place to meet locals and tourists (breakfast is included and served in the tiki bar). Fun and cheeky with televised sports (televisions everywhere) and country music on the jukebox. Just an overall great place to stay. There are rooms on the street side and in the courtyard overlooking the pool. If you are on the street side, you will hear some traffic, but if you are on the courtyard side, you may hear some music in the Tiki bar. We chose the ground floor exterior and it was fine. If you like silence and solitude, you should probably find a much more expensive resort on and island, but if you want a fun place to hang your hat for a few nights, this is it!

We where recommended to stay at this resort by a close friend. We stayed for a long get away weekend and loved the place! Clean, neat and fun is all I can say. I will come back and stay again.

The hotel was kinda nice. The rooms had absolutely nothing spectacular about them. Small, uncomfortable beds. Small shower and bathroom. Not worth the $ 200. The pool was nice and uncrowded even though the hotel was full. The tiki bar was another story. Crap service and crap food. Only one bartender helped us and that took a while. Them our bill was like $ 32 and we gave her $ 45 expecting change and it never came. We won’t patron here again. It is better to go to public and buy your own then sit by the pool and hang out.
Don’t think we will go back here again.
