My kids and I use to come here a lot when it opened but they don’t seem to want to put in the effort to up keep the place. The boat that use to go back and forth the seems are broken open on and it no longer works and the ball pit which use to be our favorite part is now empty which is sad since the place is not even 2 years old yet. Also they redid the layout of the tables separating the two sides so if you have a child playing games and a child playing on the slide and trampoline area you can not walk back and forth to them easily. Hopefully they put some work into the place since we use to love it there.

«You can’t sit there.» That was what we were told about an open seating area that didn’t have an event scheduled until the next day. Unless we paid a $ 30 premium for the privilege. Our party of 20+ people was told we would be required to split up amongst numerous booths. We were told to sit there and«be happy there». Um no. We weren’t going to drop hundreds of dollars at a place that refused us our families company. We left and went to Greenwell’s. They were more than happy to receive us and the kids all had a great time.

Omg this place is a complete dump! Looks cute when you walk in but half the machines are broke so it just takes your tokens or doesn’t give you tickets. On top of that half the games are written on Korean or something Asian so you have no clue how to even play the game… Told the girl working there half the machines didn’t work and she looked at me like I’m crazy! Don’t waste your money to come here… Disgusting!

The first time there we were pleased. Happy’s is like Chuckie Cheese only smaller and not so chaotic. But this time, many of the machines weren’t working. I went to let the employees know the machine took our tokens, and the employee said, I will fix it later. Really? Then I saw a little girl lose her tokens in the same machine. So I went back to the counter and asked if they would at least put an out of order sign up so the machine wouldn’t keep taking children’s tokens. The guy, who looked about 18, wordlessly went over to look at it. I asked the girl at the counter where is the manager. She said that was him! Several more times I went up to him to ask for tokens that broken machines had taken. He would had me a token and say nothing. Disappointed kids and angry parents. This young«manager» should DEFINATELY be replaced.

Stop by out of curiously. Drive by this place now and again and it just looks creepy AF! It’s not as bad as I thought it was going to be it actually looked pretty fun to say the least haha. I think kids would have a lot of fun here, its big inside a lot of games that actually work. So plenty room for kids to run around and what not. A party area too. That’s all I got out of it. I felt weird here but the place wigs me out so I had to see it I mean location and placement is just creepy. But it’s overall not a bad place.

4 star simply it was fun in the bouncy area. wristband is $ 5 its only worth if you have other kids are playing. amazing games had fun. only negative thing is there is only two machine for token(at the counter) in the entire establishment and not located near the games. concept is similar to other arcades but most machines are Japanese or chinese. how to play instruction can be found near the play buttons. we will go again.
