Red Roc Cravings is owned and operated by Culinary Chef Hector.

Operating out of the Red Roc Cravings Executive Mobile Kitchen, Chef Hector is a graduate of the Culinary Art Institute of America and studied International Culinary in many countries to perfect his style.

He has chosen to specialize in Mexican cuisine!

Using only the freshest ingredients and maintaining the cook to order style, Chef Hector holds true to its model, Fresh Food… Bold flavor… On the Run!

History

Established in 2012.

Red Roc Cravings is a spin off of the previous restaurants owned and operated by Chef Hector. «Most of the restaurants I have bought and sold I have implemented a Food Trailer to be able to get the word out and get everyone to try the food.» Says Chef Hector. The Red Roc Cravings Executive Kitchen Food Trailer that is here in Florida is from one of the restaurants that was owned in Ohio. After moving to Cape Coral, FL. in 2012, a decision was made to test the Mexican Cuisine menu in SW Florida and it was a hit! Now working full time out of the Food Trailer with the Home location being at 1413 Cape Coral Pkwy. E., the word is spreading fast! Fresh Food… Bold Flavor… On the Run! Its a hit!

Business Owner

Executive Culinary Chef Hector is from Ohio. The youngest of thirteen children. The love of cooking came early in life. Inspired by watching his mothers love for cooking the daily meals for the family. «Although she was not formally trained, her food was loved by everyone that was fortunate to have gotten to taste it! It truly was amazing!»

After completing his formal training at The Culinary Art Institute of America in Fort Lauderdale, Florida Chef Hector went on to International Culinary studies all over the world perfecting his techniques and learning different tastes, styles of cooking from as many cultures as possible. Learning from seasoned Chefs, or the home cooks. Even from the street cook! «It was a great experience!»

Going back to his roots, Chef Hector specializes in Mexican cuisine. Owning, operating six different restaurants. After selling the last restaurant in Ohio, Chef Hector came to Cape Coral three years ago. Now as Red Roc Cravings! A Mobile Kitchen!
