Great experience. Traveling through. Everything we had was delicious! When we arrived it was so hot at out table and the manager right away lowered the temp to make it more comfortable. He was present during the whole meal. Something you do not see much. Our waitress, I wish I could remember her name, was so sweet, fast and attentive. Food was great. My son said they were the best chicken tenders he ever had!!!

I will agree with the other reviewers here and say the service was very good. We had a party of 16 or so on a Monday afternoon after a funeral service and our waiter took the time to share his condolences. I also like that they offer some southern food specialties such as grits, sweet tea, catfish, etc but as far as the quality of the food I say it is 2 – 3 stars. I got the baked potato soup which kind of tasted like it was from a can and the southern fried chicken salad. Really nothing special and the fried chicken didn’t appear or taste like it was right out of the fryer. Overall just kind of a ‘meh’ experience.

went there last week with my 7 year old grandson. was shocked to see the kids menu included steak! he ordered that with brocalli (spelling?) and it was amazing. the steak was so good I would order it for a meal for myself! My food was good, but salad dressing and spicy pasta had same spice flavor which was ok but not great. anyway… I dont live there, but if I were there again for a visit, I would absolutely return to this restaurant!

The staff at this O’Charleys does an excellent job. Everyone is friendly and attentive and knows what they are doing. The food is great, plus they are non-​smoking which is a big plus!

Fairly generic national chain casual dining food. For $ 10 you get a mediocre steak and mashed potatoes with enough bacon and fried onions to shave a few years off of your life. I would place it somewhere between Applebee’s on the low end and Chili’s on the higher end of casual dining franchises.
