Established in 2015.

Owned and operated by Megon Rousseau, Licensed Massage Therapist, and Sheila Wade, Licensed Cosmetologist, Roots Spa & Salon was created with passion and devotion to providing outstanding, personalized services in an environment that induces feelings of comfort and relaxation.

When we first toured this house we fell in love. We knew it was just what we wanted and we also knew it was going to be a lot of work. Built in 1924 this house on Independence has so much character, we wanted to keep as much of it as we could. All of our time, energy and hearts were poured into updating and designing this home into our business. Keeping the original hardwood floors, doors, and trim leaves you with the homey feeling that we all love. Updated bathrooms with custom vanity and rainfall shower head lends an upscale, modern twist. Some furniture is re-​purposed, some of it is new. We absolutely love the combination, we hope you will too!
