I stored my vehicle and house hold goods here while I was deployed, a total of about 7 months. when I returned my vehicles front windshield was cracked across the entire frontage. Long story short is that the front desk worker and I had multiple conversations about looking into what American mini storage could do for fixing or replacing my windshield but nothing ever came from it. Very unhappy with the service since I paid for my entire time here up front. I wouldn’t use this storage facility again.

I would highly recommend American Mini Storage in Capo Beach. The facility is clean, secure and you couldn’t ask for a better team to oversee your storage unit. Christine is an awesome manager and you do not have to worry about your storage. Our family has had several storage units for years there and I would not even consider any other facility. The location is ideal and the rates are comparable. So nice to see friendly faces from Christine, Terry and the staff.
Nice to know they truly care about running a top notch business. Quality customer service and they always answer phones 24/7.The best in South Orange County!

I had a storage unit at American Mini Storage for 4 years! They gave a great «move-​in» deal, but their regular monthly rate was still the best rate I found anywhere! The facility was always perfectly clean and taken care of. I kept looking for another storage unit closer to my new place in Huntington Beach, but for 4 whole years I never found one with a better price. Today, I finally removed the last of my storage and vacated. They were so friendly, always so professional, I’m actually kind of sad to go. :-) I highly recommend this small, friendly, family style storage faculty to everyone!
