I called and was going to rent a moonbounce from them, but the lady who answered was rude and sounded like she was half asleep. Then I saw the reviews on Unilocal.So, no thanks.

If I had the option of zero stars, that’s what I would choose. These people are rude and need to take a few lessons in customer service. They lie about the time they will deliver your moonbounce & get mad at you for expecting them to deliver within the contracted time. When I told them they were half an hour late, they felt like arriving at 3:00, when the contract said between 9am and 2:30, was acceptable. They don’t call to let you know they’re running late either. They didn’t arrive until 3:40 to a party that started at 3:00. Then they try to make it better by saying they’ll leave the moonbounce there late. The party was supposed to be over at 6. Here they come, at 11:30 at night, making all kinds of noise, packing it up in their raggedy-a$$ van. So, what, was I supposed to let my kids jump around all night & feel better because I still had my «all day rental?» Please. They offered to subtract $ 50 from the total cost. We felt better at the time, but then realized that they shorted us with the popcorn stand we paid for. So we lost out in the end. I will NEVER, EVER hire them or recommend them to anyone. Do yourself a favor & stay away from these non-ethical, non-professional people. They should learn how to run a business, or maybe, if they keep this up, they’ll be out of business in no time.
