I am a real estate agent and can tell you that there are lots of bad waterproofing companies out there that totally take advantage of homeowners (some of them are the ‘big names’ that do a ton of advertising). Thankfully, Koppers is not one of them. I’ve used Koppers four times now and they are honest and reasonably priced. More importantly, the know how to keep basements dry. Every basement I have used them on has stayed bone dry. Seriously… don’t waste your time calling around – just call them.
