Jose is a one of a kind. He really helped pull a rabbit out of a hat. We were moving into the area on a very short notice and short window to buy. We were able to close on our loan in 10 days start to finish. The fastest process, I have ever heard of. Let’s just say that in the last 6 months of being in town I have repeated the story every month and people still don’t believe me. Jose was completely on top of the process from all sides, underwriters, realtor, our lawyers etc. etc. Be upfront with your needs and wants and don’t be afraid to ask him as he is open and honest with what he can do for you and we never heard a no just problem solving.

I would encourage any prospective home buyer to work with Mr. Mendoza to complete financing. We found a home in Capitola and needed to move quickly. We also did not want to introduce the sale of our condo as a contingency. He worked with us to find the product that would allow us to approve financing and still maintain the load obligation against our condo.
