I have been living in Santa Cruz for about 20 years. I have been a renter for all that time and never thought I would be able to buy anything. So, after being fed up and mortified with the costs of rents. I decided to try and purchase something that would ensure the stability and consistency of my monthly expenses. I was working with a few other realtors and nothing was turning up with my limitations and it was also my first purchase. I then met Zack Silva and began the road to owning my own place. It was a tedious and stressful process. Zack is the kindest, most patient person I have ever worked with. He was reassuring and realistic. Whenever I would call him with any new questions he is and was immediately available. If he did not know something he would find out as quick as he could. But looking back on this I really don’t remember a time that Zack didn’t have the answer ready. Zack at one point even crawled under the place I was to buy to help me check it out. He has an even, calm disposition and he is honest and motivated. Thank You Zack
