Diners Beware! Prices are subject to change from the time you order an item at the posted menu price to the time the check is presented! We were initially happy with our choice of restaurants, however that quickly changed when we were overcharged on our bill. Our server agreed to reduce the overcharge until management decided the money was more important than having a happy customer. They absolutely refused to honor the posted price so we left angry and told our server that we would be warning people of this. He agreed with us and wanted to see us leave happy but the dollar they overcharge us was way more important to the management, Never again!!!

We stopped in Sunday for lunch for the grouper sandwiches for a take out order back to our boat. They were very accommodating to our request. Our order was done within 15 minutes while we waited. The grouper was grilled to perfection on a soft fresh multigrain bum. The size fillet was much bigger than we expected. It must have been 8 oz! Their sauce to go with it was very good too. Although we had to fend off the Pelicans on the dock that smelled the wonderful fresh sandwiches in our take out bags, we thoroughly enjoyed our «catch of the day» grilled fish sandwich back on the boat.

Cool island feel restaurant. Very informal with plastic chairs and butcher paper table cover.
Food was just ok.
I had the fried fish basket. Ok. Charged $ 2 extra to ‘upgrade’ to French fries? Are the potatoes they deep fry more valuable than the ones they make the potato chips from?
My wife had the clam hot pot. Just ok. Not much flavor or spices. Not bad, just not great.
Attentive service.
Worth a visit for the ambience. Going to try the other places in the same area too…

Fiid and service were o.k. major complaint would be with taste if water and soda. Funny taste. Kids would n drink either. Stick to canned beverages. Outdoor seating o.k., if you take bug spray make sure to use it before tmyou get there so you don’t bother other dinners. Wouldn’t go back.

We always hit rc otters! Great atmosphere, great music, great service! Angie always treats us well! Pico is amazing! Hubby loves the grouper Reuben. Quesadillas are wonderful! Highly recommend.

Atmosphere was great and an awsome selection of beers. I ordered the fried fish tacos (grouper) and I thought they were really good. My wife ordered the fried fish (grouper) sandwich and she thought it was ok.
We really liked the fact they had a guy playing music in the background. It was loud enough that you could hear it and not so loud you could not carry on a conversation.

This a cute island — feel restaurant. It is located right in the middle of old Captiva, so it is surrounded by shops and other restaurants. And the beach is a short walk away! They have live music almost every night during «season» and they serve breakfast, lunch and dinner.
It is a very beachy vibe, laid back, colorful with a friendly staff. They have tables inside and outside. Plus there is a small but super cute bar inside. They offer a variety of fresh food.
I went for breakfast and enjoyed a crab Benedict and a blueberry granola pancake. The pancake was amazing. Coffee is also really good!
I want to go back for drinks and dinner one night and then walk down to see the sunset.

Super cool live music! Great selection of beer, wine, and lots fish options :) Kids loved drawing on the paper table cloth… location near the beach and fun shops was excellent!!! If in the hunt for a nice staff and good atmosphere, this is the place! Perfect for Mom & Dad for the afternoon with the kiddos :)

Hier spürt man jede menge von diesem unnachahmlichen «Island-​feeling «, man sitzt auf der Terasse oder unter Sonnenschirmen im Garten hört Karibische Rhytmen und genießt seinen Lunch oder Dinner, einfach phänomenal. Das ist hier zwar kein Gourmee Tempel aber die angebotenen Gerichte schmecken hier eben besonders gut. Zu Empfehlen ist der «Crunchy Fish Basket «Auch das Personal ist hier besonders freundlich, liegt eben an «Island-​feeling «.
Five stars for Captiva, three elsewhere… I’ll settle for four. Great atmosphere, love the vintage seventies/​eighties music by Geo. Excellent craft beer on draft and varied wine list. The food is good but not great, wish there were more vegetables as elsewhere around here, but I enjoyed their salad with shrimp. Fried grouper was delicately crispy outside and tender inside, «the best fish I’ve ever had», said my seven year old. Certainly it was the best grouper I’ve tried.
