History

Established in 2015.

RE/​MAX Realty Profesionals has been a leading real estate office in Southern Illinois for many years. I joined the RE/​MAX team in September 2015 as an assistant to Ted Popov, the firm’s Managing Broker. After several months of work under Mr. Popov, I am now a licensed Realtor and ready to help clients with their real estate ambitions.

Business Owner

Justin Zurlinden, born in Catlin, IL came to Carbondale to attend SIUC in 2007. After completing a bachelor’s degree in Architecture, he opened Vintage Soul Furniture– a furniture resale shop that raised funds for local non-​profit organizations throughout Carbondale and several 3^rd world countries.

After 3 years of running Vintage Soul, Justin closed the shop and one of the non-​profit organizations moved into the former showroom space.

In September 2015, Justin started working for Ted Popov as his assistant at RE/​MAX Realty Professionals. At this point, Justin had passed his licensure exam. Justin is now a licensed Realtor and ready to help clients in Southern Illinois.
