History

Established in 1989.

Carbondale Prosthetic Lab was established in 1989 by Richard Thiele CPO as a branch office of Cape Prosthetic and Orthotics. With affiliated offices in Paducah KY, Poplar Bluff MO, Farmington, MO and St. Louis Mo. In 2002 we became part of Physiotherapy Associates with 27 offices nation wide. Today Carbondale Prosthetic Lab is staffed by Richard Thiele CPO, Tom Reece CP, and Nacer Khenouche CPO as well as our Patient Services Administrators Tina Bond and Robin Clark. We provide a complete range of Prosthetic and Orthotic devices and services both custom and off the shelf, serving patients througout southern Illinois.
