Complete shit, the place is an absolute shithole, don’t come here to stay, to eat, even avoid the parking lot

haha, I was actually looking for the no stars button! but i guess we need to work on that!
don’t let the name fool you, there is nothing Royal about this place! trust me I’ve live here for 3 months now! Mr. Singh is person who runs this place, utterly disgusting brother! but I do wonder how he curls his mustache!
nothing but med school students here, who themselves are inconsiderate and think too highly of themselves to help anyone!
theres a bar here, more of a drink station than a bar! haha, 2 raggidy pool tables, and a small restaurant named Flaming kitchen or something! food is naaaaasty!
the rooms smell like mold, and some of them actually have mold!
good thing is they provide you with pet spiders, moths, grasshoppers, and flies! lol, i killed a brown recluse spider in my room! I mean THAT spider has a necrotoxin, it can cause necrosis to my tissues and seriously debilitate me! but oh well i survived :)
yeah, if I didn’t have to do go to USMLE prep, I’d skip this place altogether! Don’t bother… haha
