Jack In the Box

Went here and got very slow and rude service. The manager I presume was also very rude when I went back in to ask what happened to my meal. I never received my order that I paid for until I had to ask again for it. I would not come back for sure.

Food was pretty good but the service is slow. If you have time it’s worth a stop but make sure you have the time. Since they make you wait they should consider making the fries to order, so they are hot.

Wish I could give them a 0 Do not waste your time here. The staff here is so moronic that it is as if they are beyond intelligence. They move and act as if they are all high! We walked in and one staff member sat on a chair eating the entire time. The guy behind the counter got our order wrong twice. Did I mention we ate in the place. How do you get an order wrong when your looking the person in the face. The girl cooking forgot ingredients on the food and just dumped a lot of grease the griddle. It’s a wonder we were the only customers the whole time.

The website confirms that this is a 24-​hour Jack in the Box, but it’s 12:05 a.m., the doors are locked, the lights are out, and nobody’s home. Now I have to drive all the way to Village Park for an Exploding Cheesy Chicken Munchie Meal.

Sadly I have to say, every single time I have gone there over the past 3 months, my order has been completely wrong, I have driven away without half my food 5 times this month, and today I finally have to write something because I asked to confirm my order 3 times to the person taking it and I still got the wrong salad entirely, they forgot my coffee and I am allergic to the stuff in the salad I got instead. It is such a bummer cause I really really needed to eat. I can’t go there anymore, its just not worth it :(I love jack in the box, the employees are super nice, its just not worth it if you need everything you order. They have never forgotten to charge me for everything, even the stuff they forget to put in.

It sucks here waited almost half an hour for drive thru. Isn’t drive thru suppose to be faster I expect half an hour wait in a drive thru at in n out. But not jack in the box. One extra star total of 2 bcuz they got my order right.

Jack in the Box is one of my favorite places, this particular one good work on customer service though.

Usually, this is an OK stop. There is this funny, young white guy who speaks like he’s an actor in a commercial, so it’s awesome and entertaining to get him.
However, today was a nightmare. I had someone take over my order in the middle of it cuz the original order taker couldn’t pull. It’s not like I had a complicated order… it’s the kids chicken strips, not the kids grilled cheese… not too complicated.
Then, I sat, trapped, in the line for over 15 minutes while the two cars ahead of me got their orders. Man. Talk about SLOW food.

2 tacos for .99 can’t beat it

Negative 19 stars for the morons who work here. For what it’s worth, the food tastes the same here as at every other Jack’s.
But, DAMN it all, one of the employees walked in, right in front of me, and didn’t even bother to hold open the door. It wasn’t like I was 5 feet away. I was literally right behind her. Where are your manners? Were you born in a barn? Sheesh!
Also, they were (apparently) cleaning the shit-​house while I was there. Except all that I saw was the light on in the crapper, the door wide open, and the toilet exposed to the world. No one was actually doing any cleaning. But, oh, what a lovely view and very conducive to the appetite. Maybe you had to be there to truly appreciate it.*
I stole 50 Equal packets, took my food to go, and will never be back.

I believe they call it the 99 cents menu, or something real creative like that.
I call it… «The Low Jack» menu.
I use the Low Jack every time I forget my wallet but have a heap of sticky, gooey change in my cup holder.
Ewwwwwww. I hate touching that money. Pray you’re not the guy behind me in the drive-​thru.
I wouldn’t want them handing me food after they touched sticky, gooey money from the driver in front of me. At least I know where my sticky, gooey came from.
This J in the B has a good intercom and LCD display so you can see what mistakes they made on your order before you get to your sticky gooey bag of food.
