Cole’s Bicycles

I went to Cole’s with my grandmother to make copies of her house keys made. An employee there was wonderful to us. She saw my grandma was walking with a cane and immediately asked if we’d a like a chair for my grandma while we waited. This was so helpful and thoughtful. She also told us that if you park in the back lot and come in the back entrance (instead of coming in from the street and the front door) there are no steps if we wanted an easier entrance for the future. Also, she recognized that my grandma was wrong about which key she thought was a storm door key. She said she was pretty sure it was another key on the chain, and said if she was wrong, we could come back and she would make the other key free-​of-​charge. She was right about the keys. She saved us money and time. And she asked an employee to help us out. I really appreciated how they treated my grandma and their customer service.
