Manager

Bob Finkle has worked at the Harrisburg Collision Center and now manages Faulkner Collision Center of Carlisle.

He is the creator of «Vstatus», the first video update system for the collision industry. Also, we offer «Dollyview» which gives the customer the ability to be a part of their repair experience through text messaging.

Bob also enjoys developing new and innovative products such as «Extreme Illumination». «Extreme Illumination» is a concept the creates «animation» on vehicles using LED lighting, circuit boards and fabrication. He also has introduced «Illumni-​Wrap» — the first product that illuminates and animates vehicle wrap.

Bob ‘s goal has always been to create world-​class customer experience for collision center customers. He feels his staff is among the elite in the industry and can take a bad situation (your accident) and turn it into a positive experience
