John A. Abom and Jason P. Kutulakis started their partneship and have consistently grown Abom & Kutulakis, L.L.P. Our reputation of providing excellent legal represenation has resulted in our law firm growing to what is now eight employees and as many support staff. We offer 4 locations for the convenience of our clients, but our main office is located in Carlisle, PA.

Co-​founded law firm with partner, Jason Kutulakis, in 2001 after serving five years as an Assistant District Attorney in Cumberland County. A&K exceeded projections and profited over $ 60,000 in our first year in business. A&K more than doubled each prior year’s revenues in 2002, 2003 and 2004. On track in 2007 to exceed $ 1 million in revenue. Added first part-​time employees in the fall of 2001, first-​full time staff in December 2001 and first associate attorney in June of 2002. Quick success in criminal law practice, along with our marketing plan, has helped fund and build successful family law and business law practices. We added our second, third and fourth associate attorneys in June 2003, February 2004 and September 2005 due to A&K’s increasing caseload. Currently, we employ one law clerk, three legal secretaries, a part-​time secretary and an office manager to support six attorneys. I carry a full caseload advising small businesses and I lead the firm’s state and federal
