Smokers Express

My Ol’ Lady stopped in this place tonight (8÷13÷15) to get me some Moontrance cigarillos, which I have previously gotten there, and ask the person working if they had them. This sales clerk said she didn’t even know what they were. My Ol’ Lady then asked for a manager and she was no help either. When both were asked several questions about cigars, pipe tobacco, incense and a cutter, it was as if she was a burden because it was close to closing time. To the owner, I say get rid of those two individuals. They are doing nothing to promote your business and are just collecting a paycheck. To the employees, if you are going to work in a tobacco/​smoke shop, learn something about the all products you sell and since you are in the customer service business, serve the customer when at a question instead of giving an «I don’t know» or «what Evers on the shelf» answer. Also, it is rude to be on your phones and bullshitting with each other instead of assisting customers. Unilocalers, I would not recommend this store and I will be finding me a different place to shop after I personally speak with the owner.
