The staff at Spruill & Wong Dentistry are the best in making me feel welcomed and orienting me to the office. With great follow through and their ever present smiles, I immediately felt the comfort and warmth emanating from the whole office. Dr Wong is the first dentist I ever met that took the time to read my chart before she began to work on me. In addition, Dr Wong took the time to review my chart, ask questions and seek clarification from me. I felt like I was a team member in attending to my dental needs — I never felt bad or guilty for my heretofore poor habits and, Dr Wong and Karen (hygienist) help me to discover and apply new approaches to a lifelong poor habits. And Pam, Office Manager/​Reception, was always the epitome customer service, never assuming what I may or may not know, Pam helped me through the billing and scheduling process. I highly recommend the offices of Spruill & Wong and the staff.
