Accent On Design is a small, boutique, graphic design, web design and wholesale printing company. Since 1994, we have professionally designed and printed over 10,000 projects such as logos/​branding, brochures, postcards, business cards, websites, and much more. We have over 35 years of marketing experience which when combined with our graphic and web design talents, can fulfill most any marketing project from concept though completion.

History

Established in 1994.

In 1981, a career in the «corporate» graphic design and marketing world started out as envisioned. It offered many rewards and excellent business experiences. However, working for others in the corporate environment was not in the long term DNA of Accent On Design’s founder, Jerry Portnoy. Thus, in 1994, Accent On Design was formed. Since then, our firm has grown by leaps and bounds but we have stayed focused with a flexible, non-​corporate attitude. By specializing in 3 core areas — graphic design, web design and wholesale printing — we meet the vast majority of our client’s needs. Business Owner

Born and raised in Cleveland, OH and moved to San Diego in 1977. Degrees in Marketing and Advertising from San Diego State University. Many years in the corporate world before establishing Accent On Design in 1994. Now, after 21+ years in the graphic design, web design and wholesale printing industry, I can define a client’s needs and personalize the correct design and printing solution based upon their requirements.
