Established in 1988.

San Diego natives, Jess and Lynn Alvarez, opened this franchise business in July of 1988. As one of the first offices opened for AmeriSpec, Inc., we have provided quality property inspections and consultations for our agents and clients in the real estate industry throughout all of San Diego County. AmeriSpec San Diego has multiple inspectors to accommodate your needs for a prompt inspection and a next day delivery of an emailed, computer generated, comprehensive report. We have a full office staff to schedule your inspections and answer any pre or post questions regarding our service.
