Love their sales! I have had very good luck with Ann Taylor product and truly do look for their stores when I hit a mall or outlet.
This outlet had great sales going on for Labor Day but honestly, I saw some of the same prices last week at another outlet so maybe its not really Labor Day sales, but just really good overall prices.

This Ann Taylor Factory Store has a decent sized Petites department. I found the store to be crowded with racks and tables. Good thing but hard to shop. And this store has everything –casual, suits, dresses, belts, shoes, jewelry, handbags.
Service is very helpful. Since it was a weekday evening and not many people in the store, they let me keep all of my «yes» items in my dressing room («my» since they put your name on the wall outside) while I ran back out for other colors or sizes (which they will also bring to you).
Note that this is a Factory Store, meaning Ann Taylor takes the best of last season’s styles and alters them slightly (cheaper fabric, cut, older colors, less buttons, etc.) and call sell them for a discounted cost.

I’ve always loved Ann Taylor clothing so I was happy to see this store so near to me in Carlsbad Outlet. The design of the store needs a little work but the selection is nice and the staff are great. If you’re an Ann Taylor fan, you won’t be disappointed.

My girlfriend told me that an Ann Taylor Factory Store opened up at the Carlsbad Outlet Mall so I made a mental note to check it out the next time I was there. It’s located 3 or 4 doors down from Starbucks so if you’re in search for it, use that as a landmark.
The store is very clean and welcoming. Associates working here were very accommodating and greeted you upon arrival. I happened to come during the 4^th of July holiday weekend so they had 50% off of everything in the store — they made sure I was aware of this great sale. I didn’t really need anything in particular, was just looking but I ended up walking out with great finds; a light weight summer scarf, silver necklace, flip flops, a summer light weight sweater and a pair of shorts… all for under $ 100!
I really hate the service at the Ann Taylor Loft (
) at the Forum Shops so I’d rather go here instead. The service and selection is so much better… and of course, you can’t beat the savings! I’m definitely a fan of this new store.
