I provide services in English and Spanish. I treat anxiety, depression, ADHD, behavioral problems, family dysfunction, grief and loss, trauma, adjustment disorders, social skills problems, parenting issues, crises intervention, mood disorders, Pre/​Post Partum Depression/​Anxiety, emotional/​mental issues that arise for Young Cancer Survivors, and emotional/​mental impacts of having a Genetic Predisposition to cancer such as BRCA½.

History

Established in 2015.

Prior to beginning my private practice I have worked providing counseling services at San Diego Hospice to children, families, adults grieving the loss of a loved one or supporting them in the process their loved one having a terminal illness. I also worked with Family Health Centers providing school based therapy for undeserved children and families on various issues. Besides my private practice I also work at Rady Children’s Hospital Outpatient Psychiatry/​Chadwick Center as a Trauma Therapist, and additionally I also provide Educationally Related Mental Health Services (ERMHS) in the school through North County Family Counseling Specialists.
