Established in 2001.

We currently operate six branches and we are continually looking for opportunities to expand our reach into the Southern California market. As part of our expansion, we opened our Downtown San Diego office in mid-​2010, we then acquired the Palm Springs and La Quinta offices of Palm Desert National Bank in December 2010, and we also acquired the deposit portfolio of Los Angeles based Mizuho Corporate Bank of California in August 2011.
