Angelika is an AFAA-​certified Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor. Her mission is to motivate individuals to achieve optimal fitness and health. She is an experienced trainer who has worked with clients ranging from athletes to individuals with medical conditions. She has achieved remarkable results by implementing doable lifestyle-​changing programs that enable each client to reach his/​her personal fitness goals.
