I met Chip when he was a neighbor of mine. I have known him for 4 years now. I have seen countless jobs and projects that he has completed and they are all impressive. When I purchased an REO home earlier this year, it needed alot of work. Because I knew of Chips skill set and work ethic, he was the only contractor I would consider.
Within 1 month of closing on the property Chip was able to complete a remodel on my master bathroom that is nothing short of amazing. He hired the subcontractors and oversaw their work as well. He also had the ceilings scraped of the popcorn, re-​painted the entire house. Installed 25 can lights and finsihed off the house with new base boards.
I have never met a contractor that works faster than Chip does without sacrificing quality. He is a perfectionist and his prices are more than fair. I would recommend him for any job without hesitation.
