These guys are great! They usually have a team of solid talent and can get the job done. I tried to cut some corners and go with an offspring (one of their ex-​workers) but it just didn’t work out. There’s a reason a company like this has grown to the size it has and that has been around for so long. A little advice, stay with the time tested proven company. You are better off in the long run. We’ve done several multi-​housing projects with these guys and haven’t had any problems. Jim and Stacey are great to deal with. A pretty good company to deal with.
