History

Established in 2004.

Glen began as a painting apprentice with a kind gentleman by the name Phil L., after time and many successful completed painting projects, Phil decided to take Glen on as partner. They became P & G Painting. After approximately 10 years together it was time for Phil to retire — therefore Glen couldn’t operate as a partnership.

Glen and I had kicked some ideas around before and he asked me if I remembered the name I had come up with… of course I did, cause I always thought it would be a cool name for his company… that was now kind of starting over. But this is how we become: Colors In Motion «Your Painters by the Ocean!»

Hi, my name is Laurie and I am the office manager or paper shuffling goddess if you will for Colors In Motion. The one thing I love the most is our customers! We have the nicest, sweetest, down to earth customers and I get thrilled when they call us back for a second time, and third… Also in charge of the advertisement and creating slogans and artwork. My true back ground was personal lines insurance for close to 20 years before I met Glen — and there hasn’t been a dull moment since.(Though I know everyone knows how dry the material is in reading insurance policies, right!)
