Dragonfly specializes in both classic lash extensions and now volume lash with 2 – 5 D gorgeous fans. Michelle is a veteran aesthetician of 30 years and a certified Xtreme lash stylist for the past 9 years. Also offered are a complete menu of skin care treatments including microdermabrasion, derma plane, peels and chemical peels. Waxing, lash and brow tinting. Michelle loves when her clients feel deeply relaxed at her studio people always comment on the zen feel! A truly full service skin and lash studio at very reasonable prices!

A veteran of the beauty and health industry, Michelle has been a licensed aesthetician, massage therapist and spa owner for 30 years. For the last 8 years she has turned her talent and passion to lash extensions and most recently to the newest technique taking the lash world by storm, Volumation by Extreme Lashes! Michelle is a successful product developer and has created many product lines in various sectors including mass retail, network marketing, health food store brands and her crowning achievement Monarch Beauty to the professional aesthetic market.

You can find Michelle happily treating her clients at Dragonfly creating gorgeous eyes and skin for the women of north County San Diego. Men are welcome too for skin care treatments!

I had tried other lash stylist who never truly understood what I wanted and I would always leave disappointed UNTIL I met Michelle. My girlfriend was thinking her lashes looked a little thin and so I bought her an appointment here and surprised her with it. She came home looking hotter than ever and it gave her a nice little boost of confidence. They did a really good job and we were both very happy with the result. I know another lady that does lashes for less but you have to go back often. These lasted much longer. High quality work.

I shared my negative experience and the owner contacted me … Not apologizing for my experience, not to ask if there was anything she could do to improve… No. She asked me to take down my review. Wow! Absurd. Provide better services and you’ll receive better reviews! Plain and simple. Best wishes for your Buisness, hope you can work out the kinks!

Round 2 with eyelash extensions. This time around, I was a bit more knowledgeable, and this time around, so was my esthetician.
My first go round, I bought a living social coupon for a place in Poway. After that experience, I decided it wasn’t worth it, as the extensions started falling out days after I got them. This time around, another Living Social coupon convinced me to give it another try, and I’m glad I did.
Michelle is a wonderful esthetician who knows her stuff. She took the time to talk to me about what I was hoping to get from extensions. She answered all my questions thoroughly, and gave me specific instructions on how to make the most of my lashes.
She works out of her home in Carlsbad, with a cute office in the front.
The end result. Amazing. I didn’t have to wear eyeliner for a week, it was that significant. They lasted a good 3 weeks before I needed a refill, and I went back to Michelle for that too. They look even better this time around.
