They forgot our order after 30 minutes of waiting and the fries were still Frozen!!! Terrible experience in Carlsbad, Ca!!! So disappointed

Customer service is always good, and your food comes out in a reasonable amount of time. It’s super pricey though. I can go to costco food court and get a hotdog or sausage that comes with a drink for $ 1.50. I only eat here once in awhile or if I’m shopping and I’m craving a hotdog and fries. Depends on my mood. Usually I try and fight the bullet because I know how expensive this place is but sometimes I end up paying the money to enjoy this meal. They serve Nathans hotdogs, corn dogs, fries and lemonade. Wish they had other toppings such a grilled onions, jalepenos etc. When the food is ready you pick it up at the counter where the ketchup and mustard is, don’t forget the napkins too.

The food is good but man it’s pricey. There isn’t enough tables or chairs and now they ask you if you want beef or turkey but they don’t tell you it’s .50 cents more for beef so that’s annoying. I went last night and it was busy. Nowhere to sit and only one person working.
