History

Established in 1974.

I began practicing real estate in Portland, Oregon before moving to San Diego in 1984. I have been thriving in San Diego in the residential real estate market ever since, working with Coldwell Bankers and Keller Williams Realty before becoming affiliated with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices.

Currently ranked in the top 10% of the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties agents, 100% my transactions successfully closed escrow in the last 12 months — one of the highest closing rates in the industry.

As a seasoned professional with almost four decades in the field as well as in development and construction, I have the background and experience to successfully manage any real estate transaction whether commercial or residential.

I have a strong record in the sales and marketing of residential property in Coastal North San Diego County. A keen student of the California economy, I have been able to move quickly and flexibly as the market changes.

A graduate of University of Colorado at Boulder, I know the importance of staying up-​to-​date in my field and have continued to be a student of real estate subjects including computers, law, finance, construction defects, marketing, and exchanges.

Originally from Oregon, I have been a resident in San Diego for almost four decades. The beautiful ocean and surrounding mountains play a large role in my daily life, allowing me to find solace and inspiration in Nature.
