Late 2012 I switched over to Re/​Max Gold until I moved to San Diego mid 2013 where I was an agent for Coldwell Banker in Carlsbad. I have been doing home inspections for over 16 years and I have had the pleasure of meeting many wonderful people. But when it comes to real estate agents I must say Joe you’re definitely at the top of the list Joe has a workethic that separates him from many in this field. Joel’s approach with first time homebuyers during a home inspection is verry unique., always assuring his clients, so they feel better about there future investment.
