Just Solutions

Dr. Craig Grether was my mediator at Just Solutions. The first year through a court order we had to pay a small amount. I was told that the decision we selected could be further reviewed the next year as this initial decision «doesn’t matter». So we decided to go with the flow and revisit the situation the following year.
Year TWO, Dr. Grether TRIPLED the fee and since we agree via court order to come back, we were not able to refuse the ridiculous bill which we were not notified of even though I sent him emails prior to the meeting to prepare my budget. Long story short, Dr. Grether based his new decision on the results of last year!!! Even though he specifically said the original decision did not matter.
I was completely lied to, ripped off and will never recommend Just Solutions to anyone.
