History
Established in 2000.
I acquired my Holistic Health Practitioner’s licensure in January 2000. I have the privilege of working with some wonderful Chiropractors and Midwives over the years, allowing me to truly hone my skills as Therapeutic Bodyworker. The Body is an incredible healing machine, and I am fascinated with its anatomy and physiology. In November 2011, I was excited to move to my own studio in the Village of Carlsbad.

I graduated with a Bachelor’s of Arts in Comparative Sociology from University of Puget Sound before continuing on with further studies in Holistic Health and Bodywork. I have over 1000hrs of study in nutrition, herbology, supplementation, aromatherapy, and bodywork, mostly from Natural Healing Institute in Encinitas, CA. In February 2001 I had the extreme privilege of studying with Kahu Abraham Kawai’i and his wife, Ho’okahi at Na Pua Olohe. Since that first workshop I completed four additional workshops with Na Pua Olohe. My training continues with LifeShapes Institute in Biodynamic CranioSacral Therapy.
