My company changed insurance and when I went to look for a Chiropractor near my house La Costa Chiropractic and Wellness center was the first choice. I have to tell you they are amazing. Doctor Larry Dahl is great. He really made me feel like he truly cares about my health. He even called me at home to see how I was doing and that meant a lot. They do a variety of different methods than just the normal adjustment. I also started going to there acupuncture specialist Rick Peterson. Rick really knows his stuff. Very nice and explains the process so I understand what he is doing. From the amazing doctors to the clean office and very friendly front staff I highly recommend La Costa Chiropractic and Wellness center.

I highly recommend Dr. Larry Dahl. I came in to see Dr. Dahl after feeling some chronic elbow pain. I play sports that involve throwing, and Dr. Dahl quickly diagnosed the problem, and applied a variety of treatments that relieved my elbow pain. I was very happy with that result and will return to Dr. Dahl for any chiropractic needs in the future.

I am very dissatisfied with the services provided to my elderly parents by Ricardo Peterson, the acupuncturist.
He did not adequately explain the procedures and left each of them alone with pins sticking in them for such a long time that they became very agitated and fearful. My father was left face down and felt that he couldn’t breath, when he tried to get up he fell onto the floor. Dad called for help but no one came. Rick’s only response was that it was not his fault and he always leaves patients alone. UNACCEPTABLE. When I informed him we wouldn’t be back he neglected to cancel the future appointments and it took a few phone calls before the office agreed they would refund the charge for a missed appointment.
The office is disorganized, and they did not follow up to obtain payment from Kaiser as I was assured they would.

The best doctors in town! And the staff is efficient. I no longer live close enough to be treated here, but I still refer patients to the office.
They offer Massage Therapy services and there is an Acupuncturist that practices at the office as well. Rick (the acupuncturist) is fantastic!

I came to LA Costa Chiropractic by recommendation of my trainer at the gym. She is in love with this place, an I definitely see why now. The front desk stuff is amazing, always friendly, always trying to fit your schedule and needs. I got scheduled with Dr. Larry Dahl and never regret. He is a wonderful specialist, very caring and knowledgeable doctor, spending a lot of time explaining your issues, how your body works and reacts to treatment. Dr. Dahl always tries not just hitting the immediate issue — but helping resolve the problem overall, including the life style suggestions, exercises, correct daily activity approach. And his personality makes its even better, it’s always a pleasure to communicate with him.
I would highly recommend LA Costa Chiropractic and Dr. Dahl to everyone. ThankYou, guys!

I was initially turned off by the price but quickly found out that others were paying the exact same amount for a lot less of a comfortable and thorough experience. The staff is great and everything happens just at the time it’s supposed to. Just don’t be late. ;)

I’ve had neck and shoulder issues for decades, partly from a car accident I had as a teen, and partly due to working on a computer most of my life. I’ve been to lots of different chiropractors over the years… LOTS! I’ve had some luck with pain relief a few times, but with Dr. Lee I’ve had pain relief every visit, and it lasts. On my first visit I knew I was at the right place, because there was so much more care in «preparing» me before Dr. Lee came into the room. I was warmed up with heating pads to loosen my spine up, and a back massager was used to further loosen me up. I already felt better, but I also have never heard my spine adjust with as many pops before. Thanks to Dr. Lee and his wonderful staff for reducing my pain and making life better for me!

I have been to multiple Chiropractors and Dr. Ginger Kastens is the best. The combination of the e-​stim, heat and chiropractic care are top-​notch. I strongly recommend La Costa Chiropractic & Wellness.

Been coming here since 2013 and couldn’t be more satisfied with the treatment and service provided by Dr Michael Berry and the staff. Everyone who works here seems happy and warm every single time. I’ve been getting my back, neck and shoulders adjusted every 2 weeks for the past 10+ years by Dr Berry. This is the only thing that keeps me without pain and continue in my daily job that involves constant use of the computer. They are always flexible in accommodating last minute schedule changes. I highly recommend this place.

Today was my first visit. I have a pinched nerve in my neck which has been recurring for the past 15 years from a bad car accident. It had been quiet for the past 4 years. Last night it hit again. And I was miserable all night and all morning. I called my regular chiropractor. But he is closed Tuesdays. A friend referred me to someone else and he was closed Tuedays. I called several places from Unilocal and no one could see me until late afternoon or tomorrow. I could barely move. Another friend suggested La Costa Chiro so I called and they got me in almost immediately! I saw Dr. Miller who was absolutely amazing. What a great find! I am not one who likes going as it is uncomfortable for me to trust my neck in someone else’s hands but he was so good with me. I am going back tomorrow. My neck is so severe that I know it will take a couple times (it always does) but I am keeping Dr. Miller. He was Fantastic! Highly recommend him!!!

My 1^st visit today. Well the place is beautiful. This is a large practice. Ive been to places were the doctor was the only person working the front desk and seeing patients. Office is clean and very cozy. I got to see Dr. Larry D. and he spent over an hour with me answering my questions and education me. Most places jump on your back and start making adjustment. He wanted to know about me and my life style. gave me advise on spinal healthy. I like how he was concerned about preventative injury and how some of the things I do at work can cause some of my symtoms. Defenently coming back.

La Costa Chiropractic has always worked well for me. The whole staff is great and Dr. Miller has always been able to fix what’s been hurting! I recommend them highly!

I don’t give 5 stars out easily, and actually don’t write a ton of reviews, because I have an expectation for everything that I pay for to be done to my expectations… With that being said, I felt that it was necessary to review this place, and especially Dr. Berry, as my experience has been nothing short of stellar.
Before coming in the first time, I wasn’t sold on chiropractic being a good solution for my problems that have been going on for years, but what I now believe in from experience is all based on the fact that this office is VERY informative in each step of the process.
Yes, this is a busy office, and yes, I realize that when I try to squeeze in a same day appointment that I might have to wait a few extra minutes. That is completely reasonable to expect.
I will always proudly recommend Dr. Berry to my closest friends and family, and am thankful for everything he and his staff has done to help me stay pain free.

I have taken my daughter to Dr. Larry Dahl for the past few months, as she had been experiencing a lot of discomfort because of stress and posture issues attributed to her studies, constantly hovering over homework and her PC. Dr. Dahl’s professional care and guidance has really helped her to stay adjusted and in alignment. He urged her to do the proper exercises to strengthen her spine and posture, which she is now actually doing. La Costa Chiropractic offers state of the art exams and diagnostics. I highly recommend Dr. Dahl. He is very honest and really cares about helping is patients feel better. I definitely recommend going to him if you need chiropractic care.

I came to La Costa Chiropractic with the hopes of alleviating my back pain and help my posture. Within the first week or so I felt the results. I am a pretty tall guy (6 feet 4 inches) and I am highly recommend Dr. Dahl or any of the other practitioners at La Costa. Everyone is friendly, courteous and genuinely wants every patient to feel better.

La Costa Chiropractic is a great provider of chiropractic care. They care for patients efficiently and in a very caring manner. The combination of the e-​stim, heat, massage, and excellent chiropractic care that I get each visit has really helped my various aches and pains. But to go above and beyond, Dr Berry & Dr Kastens recommend stretches and strengthening exercises to treat the cause of the problems.

I have been a satisfied patient of Jim Miller’s for 5 years. He is a skilled professional who has become an important part of my overall healthcare. I depend on Jim to keep my aging body in, if not perfect, at least in very good working order.
Additionally, the staff at La Costa Chiropractic are all friendly and helpful. I have referred several friends here and all have been more than satisfied.
Over the years, I have gone from visiting the office upon an injury to going regularly for good preventive maintenance. The difference has been truly amazing and I am very grateful.

Getting older is a tough business. My body keeps breaking down for various reasons and it’s not fun. Without Dr. Berry and his wonderful staff at La Costa Chiropractic, I don’t know what I would do. It seems that no matter what is hurting, they know what to do and do it well. Whether it’s the heat, the massages, the Acupuncture (Rick is great) or the actual adjustments; it all works.
I started going to LC Chiropractic when Dr. Lee Wood was the main man! I was worried when he retired that it wouldn’t be as effective but my worries were needless. Dr. Berry is knowledgeable, able, friendly and communicates very well. Diane and Lynn, along with the rest of the staff, keep it all together very well and with smiling faces.

I have only needed chiropractic twice in my life. But when you need it, you really need it.
My second time needing it I came to this establishment.
The people at La Costa Chiropractic have been very helpful, welcoming and friendly. The establishment itself is clean and tastefully done up. The service and treatment that I have received have been terrific.
I’ve made rapid progress and I can, without any hesitation or reservation, attribute it directly to the treatment that I have been receiving.
I recommend this place to anyone who is in need of chiropractic care.
The only real downside (which they don’t have any control over) is that parking can be terrible in this center. I recommend showing up a little early to deal with that aspect.

Pros:
If you don’t have or aren’t using insurance, an adjustment is $ 35.
They really prep you for your adjustment — hot pads, electrodes and vibrators — oh my!
Dr. Kline is pretty cool.
Follow up phone calls.
Cons:
It’s a busy place, don’t expect to be in and out of there in a half hour.
Parking can be a bitch some days.
I’m not convinced that chiropractic care is the reason I’m feeling better, but I’ll take it. If you’re looking for a chiropractor, take this Elite’s suggestion and give this place a try.
